The philosophy behind Sunday Suppers is to create gourmet meals, all made seasonally from local organic food. The pair host classes in a Brooklyn loft. The classes consists of making a three course meal, which afterwards all can enjoy. Students prepare the pre-determined menu as a group while watching demo’s by the ladies of the kitchen. Some of the delectable meals cooked up include wild mushroom soufflé’s, baked goat cheese and burnt fig spread, rhubarb, strawberry and lavender crisp, and harissa brushed halibut with gazpacho.

Not only is the food tempting, but the table settings are simply beautiful. The tables are decorated differently for every meal, making everything picture perfect. Floral arrangements are breath taking, and every detail is exquisite—down to the calligraphy on the hand written menu.
